Activity #7: Adding a new pane of content

These instructions assume you are logged into the Health Sciences Drupal Training website. After completing these edits, your page will look closer to the “Dogs - Final Version” page.

For this activity, you will use the copy from the Top 10 Dog Breeds document.

1. Navigate to your training page
2. Click on the Customize Content tab [ Screenshot]
3. Click on Content
4. Click on the gear in the upper left corner Middle Column 3 [Screenshot]
5. Click on Add Content
6. Click on Add Text [Screenshot]
7. Within the area that says “Content settings,” click into the WYSIWYG box to make an edit
8. Click into the Title field and add “Top 10 Dog Breeds” without the quotation marks
9. Click into the Text box under Content Settings
10. Add the numbered list of dog breeds from the Top 10 Dog Breeds document
11. Highlight all of the text and click on numbered list button in the toolbar
12. Highlight all of the numbered text and click on the eraser button in the toolbar [Screenshot]
13. Click on “Add”
14. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save”
